Made in our dairy bar located in rural Niagara-on-the-Lake. A traditional ice ream stop for hundreds of thousands yearly. Our cakes are made ½ with vanilla ice cream, a delicious Chocolate cookie crunch centre and ½ with our rich premium chocolate Ice cream. We make all of our ice cream by hand, the old fashion way!
