This isn’t
factory made ice cream. Each batch of 2-4 tubs is made by hand including the mixing of many delicious ingredients. This process is proudly done!

This is the way we think ice cream is supposed made- not by continuously looking for ways to make it cheaper or mass production style!

This way we can run more specialty flavors in small batches. We can make sure every small batch is just right!

And our ingredients are top notch! Because we mix them by hand, we can do some great things- like mix in whole OREO ™ cookies, not crumbs of cheap imitations! Yes it costs a little more- but it’s worth it. You can taste the difference!

And another thing about our ingredients… We use only the finest flavors, cocoa powders, Roasted pecans, almonds, walnuts, name brand candy pieces( no imitations here!) and coffees. We do not try to cheapen it.

And while we are at it-Lets talk about our fruit ice creams like our Award Winning ( more about our awards latter!) Strawberry. We only use fruit purees and whole sliced berries in our Strawberry Ice Cream. No artificial extracts that smell like perfume (like many of the others do!).

We know how to make ice cream taste smooth and creamy! Again, it’s old fashioned way- By using formulas and recipes recommended by such schools as Penn State University and the University of Guelph and by staying with these formulas for decades, not trying to continuously make them cheaper like almost all of the large factory type operations do!

No - we still use 14% milk fat for richness and smooth texture- we do not keep taking more out and putting more air in to cheapen the product like the others do! So our ice cream weights more! You get more 4-ounce scoops per tub!

And - we do not add any whey powder or modified milk ingredients instead of just pure sweet and condensed milk powder to cut costs. Whey is a byproduct of the cheese making process. Great for cheese! Yuk for ice cream!

Yes - you can taste the difference and so will your customers!

No - it is not the same regular or economy stuff your customers can buy at almost any convenient store, gas bar, hardware store, or on sale-cheap-at any grocery store.


And don’t forget - that our handmade product is almost always more fresh! Many of the big companies store their factory made product in huge freezers for months and months.
